A complete charge air cooling package for the Porsche 911 Carrera (992.1). It replaces the original intercoolers, air guides and charge hoses with larger do88 intercoolers, carbon fibre air ducts, aluminium charge pipes and silicone hoses. Choose the version that matches your rear bumper.

Features

Colder intake air: 30 deg C against 39 deg C for the original intercoolers in the same test, a peak difference of 9 deg C.
Airflow at 0.175 bar (2.54 psi) pressure drop: 919 CFM against 820 CFM for the original, 12% higher.
Motorsport-grade bar and plate cores, 105 mm thick, with thin stacked fins.
Free-form designed cast end tanks with machined 70 mm (2.75 in) connections.
Vacuum infused prepreg carbon fibre ambient air guides, with rubber seals so the cooling air passes through the core.
Methanol bungs on the intercooler outlet tank (2x 1/8 NPT).
Aluminium charge pipes, mandrel bent 63 mm (2.5 in), satin black powder coat, with silicone hoses; turbo outlet hoses are rated to 240 deg C continuous.
Constant tension hose clamps on the turbo outlet hoses to allow for thermal expansion.

Contents: two intercooler cores with cast end tanks, carbon fibre air guides, aluminium charge pipes, silicone hoses, clamps and fitting accessories.
Standard or SportDesign lower air guides to suit your rear bumper. The two upper guides are the same for both.
The SportDesign / GTS package (equipment codes 2D1, 2D4, 2D5, VM2, VM3) rear bumper has a cooling air outlet between the exhaust pipes.

Fitment

Porsche 911 (992.1), 2019-2024: Carrera, Carrera 4, Carrera S, Carrera 4S, Carrera GTS, Carrera 4 GTS, Dakar.
Cars with the Noise Generator (Soundsystem) will not use it with this kit, as it passes induction sound from the intercooler to the cabin.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
