Shipping & Returns
1. Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to ship all in-stock orders placed before 13:00 GMT (Mon–Fri) within 2 working days. Delivery may take up to 4–5 working days from dispatch, subject to stock availability and courier schedules/location.
(A working day excludes weekends and public holidays.)
Estimated Times
- Order acknowledgement: within 48 working hours
- Dispatch: within 2 working days of order
- Delivery: usually within 4–5 working days
Express/next-day services are available where offered but are not guaranteed. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Once the courier receives your parcel, Ecotune is not liable for transit delays or customs holds. Time for delivery is not of the essence.
2. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Any import duties, VAT, taxes, or clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for customs delays, refusals, or charges imposed by your country of import.
3. Delivery Acceptance & Risk
Risk passes to you upon delivery. If you are unable to check the package upon receipt, please sign as "UNCHECKED" to ensure eligibility for potential claims. Some couriers may deliver without requiring a signature.
4. Pricing Errors & Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors—even if payment has already been made. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full. No binding contract exists until dispatch is confirmed.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return an item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of notification.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be included
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty
- Special-order items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed items
- Software or digital downloads
- Custom-made or bespoke items (e.g., exhausts)
By downloading digital products, you waive your 14-day right to cancel.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return inspection
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 2 working days

6. Faulty Goods & Warranty
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us by email with a detailed description and supporting photos. If approved, the item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. We will cover return postage for approved warranty claims.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refund timelines may vary based on your payment provider
- We recommend all parts be installed by qualified professionals
8. Off-Road Use Disclaimer
Certain products sold by Ecotune — such as GPF deletes, decats, non-type-approved exhausts, and some tuning software — are intended for off-road or motorsport use only.
These products may not comply with road safety, emissions, or noise regulations. Their use on public roads may result in:
- Vehicle MOT failure
- Insurance invalidation
- Legal fines or penalties
- Seizure of the vehicle or component
By purchasing or installing such parts, you acknowledge that:
- You understand the product's intended use
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws
