A complete upgrade for everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body on the 1.8 TSI EA888 Polo GTI and Ibiza Cupra. The BigPack pairs a much larger all-aluminium intercooler with a 2.5 inch aluminium pressure pipe kit and silicone hoses, replacing the OE intercooler and plastic pipework. You can add the do88 turbo muffler delete for a little more airflow, or keep the OE turbo muffler.

- Active cooling area of 1753 cm2 against 595 cm2 on the OE unit
- Airflow of 264 CFM against 232 CFM for OE at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop, 14 percent higher
- Cast end tanks and an all-aluminium core
- Pressure pipe has one 1/8-27 NPT methanol injection port, supplied with a blanking plug
- Optional turbo muffler delete version for further airflow; without it the kit works with the OE turbo muffler
- Best suited to cars with an engine software tune

Returns Policy
