This do88 intercooler replaces the standard intercooler on 2.0 TFSI / TSI cars from the Audi, Seat, Skoda and VW group. It is an all-aluminium unit with a much larger core than the original plastic-tank cooler and comes with the hoses and fitting kit needed to install it. It gives a worthwhile gain once the car has an engine software tune.

- Air flow 448 CFM against 335 CFM at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop, 34% higher
- Post-intercooler air temperature 29 deg C against 37 deg C at the same conditions, 8 deg C lower
- Aluminium tanks in place of the standard plastic tanks, which cope less well with higher boost

Returns Policy
