A sealed air intake system for the BMW M240i and M340i with the B58 engine, built for higher power levels. The intake sits next to the exhaust manifold, so the airbox is fully enclosed with a heat shield to keep intake air temperatures low. This version connects to the standard plastic turbo inlet.

Fully sealed design, so only cold air reaches the filter
Large 7 inch airbox with a heat shield against heat from the exhaust manifold, and room for strut braces
Smooth tapered carbon tube starting at 105 mm
Secondary air feed to avoid restricting the sealed airbox
Air flow up 15% on its own and up to 24% combined with the optional do88 turbo inlet for the original turbo
Reduced pressure drop and less strain on factory parts than the OE intake
More turbo and diverter valve sound, since it has none of the OE noise-reducing parts
UV and heat resistant high-gloss clearcoat
An optional do88 CNC machined turbo inlet is available, for the original turbo or for a Pure 800 hybrid turbo. It removes the crankcase heater connection, so a custom tune is recommended to avoid a check engine light

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
