The do88 BigPack for 1.8 and 2.0 TSI MQB cars combines the do88 aluminium intercooler with a full 2.5 inch charge pipe kit and silicone hoses. It replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, with all hardware included.

Features

  • Core volume 15347 cm3 against 7719 cm3 for the factory unit, 99% larger
  • Airflow at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop: 325 CFM against 239 CFM for the whole system, 36% higher
  • Post-intercooler air temperature under the same conditions: 24 deg C against 36 deg C, 12 deg C lower
  • All-aluminium intercooler with CAD-designed, flow optimised cast end tanks
  • 2.5 inch mandrel bent aluminium pipes
  • Custom silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement
  • Gains show once the engine has a software tune that raises output above standard

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
