The do88 BigPack for EA888 Gen4 EVO 2.0 TSI cars combines the do88 aluminium intercooler with a complete 2.5 inch charge pipe kit and silicone hoses. This version is for cars with the Continental turbo. It replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, with all hardware included.

- Active cooling area 2774 cm2 against 2587 cm2, 7% larger
- Airflow at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop: 332 CFM against 244 CFM for the whole system, 36% higher
- Post-intercooler air temperature under the same conditions: 23 deg C against 35 deg C, 12 deg C lower
- Peak gain of +12 hp and +14 Nm measured on a 2021 VW Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 45 with standard software
- Charge pipe has a methanol injection connection (1/8-27 NPT), fitted with a blanking plug
- CAD-designed, flow optimised cast end tanks
- 2.5 inch mandrel bent aluminium pipes and silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester and aramid reinforcement

Returns Policy
