An aluminium intake manifold with an integrated, much larger air-to-water charge cooler for the B58. It replaces the OE plastic manifold and cooler, which is prone to heat soak on tuned cars and a cracking risk at high boost. It is built to be fitted without modification and keeps the OE engine cover usable.

Bar and plate air-to-water core, 102 mm (4 inch) thick, with 11 water cooling rows against 6 on the OE core
Inlet air temperature of 26 deg C against 40 deg C for OE under identical conditions
Airflow of 873 CFM against 615 CFM for OE at 0.1 bar (1.45 psi) pressure drop, 42 percent higher
Measured on a 2017 340i with a Stage 2+ tune: peak gain of 5 hp, highest midrange gain of 18 hp and highest torque gain of 28 Nm
Cast end tanks, developed with CFD
Aluminium manifold instead of OE plastic, for higher boost pressure
Thermal barrier spacer insulates the manifold from cylinder head heat
Prepared for auxiliary port fuel injection; an optional fuel rail is sold separately and injector blanking plugs are included
1/8 inch NPT port on every cylinder runner for nitrous or methanol injection, with sealing plugs
Sensor pad with three 1/8 inch NPT ports, with sealing plugs
Spin-off oil filter stays accessible for oil changes without removing the manifold
Fits with the OE engine cover using the longer mounting pins in the kit

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
