An aluminium intake manifold with a built-in air-to-water charge cooler for B58 Gen 2 engines. It replaces the original plastic manifold, which restricts airflow and can crack at high boost, and keeps intake temperatures down during hard driving and track use. It fits under the standard engine cover.
Features
- Bar and plate air-to-water core, 102 mm (4 in) thick, with densely stacked fins.
- Cast end tanks shaped using 3D scanning, CFD analysis and 3D-printed prototypes.
- Aluminium construction instead of the original plastic.
- Thermal barrier spacer included to insulate the manifold from cylinder head heat.
- Peak gain of 5 hp measured with bootmod3 Stage 2+ on a 2017 340i; highest midrange gain 18 hp and highest torque gain 28 Nm.
- Outlet tank prepared for auxiliary port fuel injection; optional fuel rail with AN-8 threads sold separately, injector blanking plugs included.
- Individual 1/8 in NPT ports on each runner for nitrous or methanol injection, plugs included.
- Integrated sensor pad with three 1/8 in NPT ports, plus two 1/8 in BSPT bleed and temperature ports on the rear water tank, plugs included.
- Spin-off oil filter is easy to reach, so the manifold does not need removing at oil changes.
- Fits with OE or aftermarket engine covers with OE connections.

Returns Policy
